The management company is experiencing major delays in the return of passports beyond the stated processing times of the Indian Embassy. This is a temporary situation. Applicants who reside in the following states are eligible for rush (8 business day) processing for India: AL, AR, DE, DC, FL, GA, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, MD, MI, MS, MN, MO, NC, ND, OK, SC, SD, TN, TX, VA, WV, WI. All other applicants must select 11 business day processing. The Embassy of India will be closed on Thursday, March 6 and Friday, March 21, 2008. Please choose your processing time accordingly.
